After-Sales Service Terms

After-Sales Service Provided by Our Company

1. Consultation Service: If users encounter any problems during use, they can call the free consultation hotline: 400-8200-511 or add the after-sales technical service WeChat account: Haidili-8 for consultation.

2. Replacement Service: For products within the replacement period, if there is a quality problem clearly caused by the manufacturer, users can go to the distributor to get a free replacement (for appearance damage, it will be handled as warranty service).

3. Warranty Service: For products within the warranty period, if there is a quality problem, users can enjoy warranty service at the local after-sales service center; if there is no local after-sales service center, users can entrust the distributor to provide warranty service.

4. Repair Service: For products within the repair period, if there is a quality problem, users can go to the local after-sales service center or entrust the distributor to request repair service.

For Quality Problems of Products Under Normal Use Conditions (Starting from the Purchase Date)

1. The whole machine is eligible for free replacement within 3 months, free warranty within 1 year, and limited repair within 3 years.

2. Damaged components are eligible for free warranty within 1 year.

Notes

1. The purchase date shall be subject to the date on the purchase invoice (if there is no purchase invoice, it shall be subject to the production date).

2. Our company shall not be liable for after-sales service for products without barcodes or serial numbers.

3. Quality problems do not include users’ personal subjective objections to sound quality, timbre, etc.

4. The replacement and warranty services are only valid under normal use conditions. The following situations are not covered by free replacement or warranty: all man-made damages (e.g., users disassembling the machine by themselves, improper connection and use, connecting to a power supply with improper voltage, failure to use the product in accordance with the instruction manual, etc.), damages caused by transportation or other accidents, force majeure such as natural disasters, and repairs or modifications not approved by our company; appropriate fees will be charged for repair services in such cases.

5. For discontinued product models, our company will only provide functional repairs (the appearance may differ from the original product).

6. The warranty service does not cover the product shell, instruction manual, and packaging.

When requesting service, please bring the original warranty card and purchase invoice. Please keep the warranty card and purchase invoice properly. The warranty card shall not be altered; otherwise, it will be invalid.

Please carefully read the product instruction manual before using our company’s products.
